It was a great joy to create this record with talented flutist, Evan Haworth. His unique and soulful style of playing brought lots of songwriting inspiration to my ever-curious musical pallet. These compositions stand as an homage to sounds that seemed to echo within the canyons of our desert home eons before we arrived. As artists who stand in awe of the amazing landscapes in Moab and the mighty Colorado River which carves them, our music seeks to honor the beauteous natural world around us. While you listen, we hope you’ll connect to the four elements each tune endeavors to embody and delight in the spirits of canyon country. Enjoy, friends. - Scott (and Evan)
